ParentPay have updated their website and the procedure for topping up catering accounts is now different. Please read the guidance below to ensure you are aware of the changes!

We use the web application ParentPay to allow parents to make secure online payments by credit and debit card or to pay cash at local stores through the PayPoint network.
This helps to remove cash from the school, making it a safer places for staff and pupils. Cashless payments in schools with PayPoint provide efficiency savings and a socially inclusive service that helps everyone in the community.
Please note: Payments via cheque at the postbox in the cafeteria and online (via ParentPay®) can take up to 24 hours to process and be available at the tills. Cash deposited via the revaluation unit in the cafeteria is added instantly.
Please bear this is in mind when topping up to ensure suitable funds are available when food is purchased.
